Register With Kasers.co.uk. Please note that all registrations must be completed online by the customer only and be over the age of 18 years. Before you make your first purchase with Kasers.co.uk you will need to register and choose a security password.You can do this at any time by clicking on “Login” at the top of the each page, or you can register once you have added items to your basket and selected “checkout”. To register you will be asked to fill in your name, address, email address, password and for security purposes your home telephone number. The address you provide must be the same as that of the credit card you intend to use to make payment. Wd only dispatch to the cardholders registered address. You will then be asked to fill in your credit card details. We DO NOT store any card details. Each time you place an order you will be asked to re-enter your card details. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you should not receive an email please contact customer service. This is important as all correspondence between ourselves and you will be sent to the email address you register with. Once registered you will just need to login using your email address and password each time you wish to make a purchase on the site. Pre Orders If you order an item before the day of its release you are placing a Pre-order. We endeavour to ship the item early enough for you to receive it on the day of release, however we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. You do not pay for Pre-orders until the item is shipped. Customs Please note that depending on your country of residence, customs reserve the right to check all items sent through mail order and occasionally import duties can occur. Your credit card details are NOT stored on our system. Cancelling An Order Cancellations can only be accepted whilst the item is in Order Received status. Please check Order Status by logging into "My Account". Any orders beyond this stage will be dispatched. Customer's are responsible for returning the item to us within 10 days of receipt. Please check "Returning An Item" for full terms and conditions. Returning An Item All returns MUST be authorised by customer service and returns request processed. Returning Damaged Or Defective Item Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of: - A prompt replacement. - A full refund - An alternative item of the same value. However, you must return the damaged or defective product by a traceable service to be received by us within 10 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. In order to return the product, please refer to customer service and request a returns number. Returning Incorrect Item Ordered/Unwanted Item If you have ordered and received the wrong item please return to us within 10 days of delivery. Only items still in their unopened wrapper and in a saleable condition will be accepted for return. Any items which are received as ‘Unwanted’ from the customer, or returned to us as undeliverable through Royal Mail will be issued a full refund less the cost of handling, insurance and re-stocking fee of 5% of the total amount paid.
